Being the founder and director of House of Homes (HOHS), Nitin Deshmukh holds 15 years of field experience in the real estate industry. He is a graduate from Mumbai university who completed his Masters in Business Administration from Welingkar’s Mumbai and extended his skill sets to the real estate sector with Industry leader as a Vice President for one decade. His on field experience and expertise served as the base for foundation of a brand i.e. House of Homes. He has always been passionate about his work and even the global pandemic resulting from Covid 19 couldn’t stop him from forming a successful company that we know as House of Homes. Nitin is a man full of zeal and the skills like planning and strategizing comes naturally to him. Acknowledging his strengths, his major segments of management at HOHS include market strategy, operations, program requirement and investors sourcing.
Vaibhav Malviya - Co Founder
House of Homes owes its name to Vaibhav Malviya who is the Director and Co - founder of HOHS. He is a man of fresh ideas who graduated with a Bachelors degree in IT Engineering and completed his Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from MIT Pune. He is the one who bought staggering technological advancements to House of Homes and earned it the tag of an innovative business organization. He entered the real estate industry about 5 years ago; outgrown the expected industrial standards and never looked back since then. He possesses an excellent blend of skill, knowledge, and experience that has earned him a credible position in this industry. In addition to his technical expertise, Vaibhav specializes in various segments of business such as Market Strategy, Product Strategy, Digitizing Businesses, Engineering and E-Commerce.
